(2) Part-Time Line Cooks
Provide superior customer service to guests of the Market; prepare to-go and gourmet sandwich orders per the Chef de Cuisine’s direction and under his supervision. Maintain order and cleanliness of the line and kitchen areas and adhere to safety and sanitation regulations. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion, stand for long periods of time, and climb stairs. Prior culinary experience in a commercial kitchen or formal education in the culinary arts is preferred. 20-30 hours per week.
